WEIGHING LOCKDOWN CONCERNS, I FLEW TO PHUKET TO STAY IN THAILAND

Dear Diary – Big change of plans, guys! As Bangkok and Pattaya are in lockdown now, I was really still worried about leaving Thailand too soon and heard from a friend that the bars in Phuket are still open. So, I decided to book a ticket and flew to Phuket this morning. Here I am now at my hotel on Patong. From my ride with the taxi, you can already see that Bangla Road (walking street) looks totally dead but let’s have a look in the coming days. I also started to send messages to all of my friends here… let’s see what Phuket has to offer! PS: That sexy Thai girl in the dress! Right?! In a perfect world, she would walk up to me with a smile and grab my hand en-route to the nearest bathroom quickie location. But, alas… that is not the case here today haha
