Dear Diary – OK, guys, a positive update. The hospital decided it was ok for me to leave later this afternoon. I got some extra medication and the recommendation not to travel yet – and to rest. I walked back home passing Sukhumvit (many ladyboys there!) and I am now back home with my secret girlfriend. I caught one girl staring at bulge in my pants. But I fear she has a bulge too, haha.
