Whether a woman actually WANTS to be this forward or not (due to other aims and desires) does not change the mere facts. It is trivially easy for a woman to initiate sex with any man by simply being sexually suggestive, and creating the necessary “chemistry” so often talked about by people when they find a partner they desire!
